Product design and their management

Product design is often the first point of contact of a customer with a product, on the Internet or on a retail shelf. Brand managers understand that the design of a product and its first introduction to customers is very crucial.
Based on extensive qualitative studies, it has been shown that product design can create in the customer not only value in relation to "form" and "function" but emotional value that is often decisive when purchasing a product.
